Prerequisites for Fujitsu Engineer:
No. Task
1 Inform the user one week in advance before onsite, to prepare and complete
the above section "Prerequisites for End User".
Please contact Fujitsu Hong Kong contact (<lchau@hk.fujitsu.com>) if the End
User is not able to provide all the prerequisites above.
2 Make the appointment with user at least 2 days in advance before installing the
printer onsite and remind the user to complete the prerequisite tasks.
Check with user whether the dedicated workstation to be installed belongs to
CX (Cathay Pacific) or GHA (Ground Handling Agent).
•
If it belongs to CX then you can use the local administration passwords
provided on page 14 – Installing the printer driver.
•
If GHA, then ask the user to arrange for local GHA technical support to
be available to provide a local admin account to use of the installation.
Remember to bring a 1.5-2 metre USB 2.0 (Type A to B) cable for connecting

the printer. Extension cable is not recommended to use
