Note: Please check to ensure that the PC you are installing on has Microsoft Internet (IE) Explorer v7 or

v8 installed. The printer program does not support other versions of Microsoft Internet or web

browsers.

Pre-setup Before Sample Test Print on GHA Workstations

Note: Only perform the following steps if you are installing on a GHA Workstation (i.e. PC belongs to

ground handling agent, not Cathay Pacific). If you are in doubt please check with the local

outport contact person for confirmation.

Logon the computer using an account with local administrator rights. For a GHA owned workstation

please get the local GHA Support Staff to provide a username/password.

Unzip the CASPOL.ZIP file into drive C (MUST unzip into C:\, folder name called CASPOL), the folder

location and files must be the same as below, otherwise the batch files cannot be run successfully.
