Cleaning and care
Cleaning the grilles in the
drum aperture
Clean the grilles in the drum aperture
and also the airways underneath them
from time to time.
^ Turn dial a on each grille until you
hear it click.
^ Take hold of the dial, and pull the
grille out as shown b. Do the same
on the other side.
^ Clean them under hot running water,
and dry thoroughly.
^ Also clean the airways underneath
each one with a vacuum cleaner, for
example.
^ Replace them by inserting them at
the bottom and pressing them into
place at the top.
^ Lock both dials (you will hear them
click).

Cleaning the tumble dryer

Disconnect the machine from the
mains electricity supply.

Do not use solvents, abrasive
cleaners, glass cleaners or
all-purpose cleaners. These could
damage plastic surfaces and other
parts.

The machine must never be
hosed down.
^ Clean the housing and the control
panel with a slightly damp cloth and
a mild detergent or soapy water.
^ The drum and other stainless steel
parts can be cleaned with a suitable
propietary stainless steel cleaner
following the manufacturer's
instructions.
^ Dry all parts with a soft cloth.
