Allocate IRQ to PCI VGA
When set up to choose [Yes], BIOS would assign an IRQ to PCI VGA card if the card
requests for an IRQ. When set up to choose [No], BIOS does not assign an IRQ to the
PCI VGA card even if requested. The options: [No] [Yes].
