Cameras that have been connected to a power outlet for more than 20 minutes cannot be searched for. If
you want to register a camera by searching, disconnect and then reconnect it to the power outlet.
Search Result
Camera names of some models of cameras are not displayed in the camera search list. The first 2 digits
of the model number (WV- or BL-) are also not displayed.

IPv6 Addresses

When cameras are registered with IPv6 addresses, MPEG-4 and H.264 images from the camera may not be
displayed. In this case, check the version of Internet Explorer and update to Internet Explorer 7 or later version.
Preset Sequence Operation Time Limits
Except for some models, there is no limit to the preset sequence operation time.
For 360° network cameras that have image capture mode set to quad PTZ, the preset position is only moved
for the top left screen.
Motion Detection when Operating Pan/Tilt
When [Perform motion detection with this software] is selected for Motion Detection Mode, motion detection
will still be performed even when operating the Pan/Tilt.
MPG/ASF/AVI File Conversion
Resolution after file conversion
When images recorded on widescreen displays are converted to MPG/ASF/AVI files, some of the resolutions
will change.
