nce performed all these cleaning and
sanitizing procedures, it's possible to
reassemble all the components.

he correct assembly of the device is essential
to prevent leakage of product and damage of

the machine.
o assemble the machine you will
need an approved lubricant (such as vaseline).
M
ake sure all parts have been washed and
sanitized before assembling.
assembling the machine must first wash and
sanitize their hands and forearms with an
approved sanitizer.

-
pread Vaseline on the bell shaped seal
internal surface before reassembling it (fig.12).
R
-
eassemble the rear gasket and the bell
shaped one, respecting the correct direction as
indicated in figure 13.
R
-
eassemble the mixing unit making sure that
the frontal cylinder perfectly fit inside its
rotating shaft seat.
B
-
lock all these components into place by
turning the knob in counter clockwise direction
(fig.14).
