Triggering the locking/unlocking procedure asynchronously via the
serial interface. Asynchronous means that the further command
processing does not way for the lock state to be reached, the
response to this command is given immediately. If necessary, the lock
state can be queried via the command GET;MOT_LOCK_STATE.
During the locking/unlocking procedure, further commands can be
processed, e.g. GET_POSE.
