11.6.2 Connect the mMS 4.0 with the training system
Mount the Bosch Rexroth mMS 4.0 on the rear of the training system. On the rear
there is a sliding door for intervention into the mMS 4.0 by the robot.
To attach the Bosch Rexroth mMS 4.0 to the training system proceed as follows:
Remove the mounting bolt from
the left sliding door left (as
viewed from the rear of the
system)
Open the sliding door.
Place the mMS system 4.0 and
the training system together so
that the frame parts on the left
side are flush.
Connect the frame elements to
the left rear below the worktop
and on the vertical frame of the
training system with a retaining
bracket (1)
Connect the frame elements on
upper rear right with a second
retaining bracket.
Connect the supplied connection cable for EMERGENCY-STOP and I/O
signals to the XS2 interface on the control cabinet.
Connect the connecting cable to the mMS 4.0.
The release bit for intervention of the robot must be set by the mMS 4.0 in
order to avoid collisions (see mMS documentation).
