7.18 Dismantling the flywheel and

ignition module
Remove the engine cover, starter housing and
spark plug. Screw the stopper (special tool A) into
the plughole to fix the piston in place.Stopper 14
mm 514 24 39-01.
Remove the two screws holding the ignition
module and take away the earth cable.
Remove the screws (A) holdings the starter ratchet
(B) on the flywheel.
Remove the grommet (C) and the high voltage

cable from the cylinder plate.

Remove the ignition module.
Remove the plastic spacers (D). Be careful not to
loose, drop the spacers.
