Changing a Registered
Transfer Station/Receiving
Station

Press the { { { { User Tools/Counter} } } } key.

Press [System Settings].

Press [Key Operator Tools], and then
press [T T T T Next].

Press [Address Book: Program/Change
/Delete Transfer Request].

Select the user of the registered
Transfer Station/Receiving Sta-
tion you want to change.
Press the user (destination) key or
enter the registered number using
the number keys.
Note
❒ If you press
the user by Transfer Request
name, fax destination or e-mail
address.

Enter the items.
To change Transfer Request
name and key name
A Press [Change] under Transfer
Request Name or Key Display.
B Enter the new Transfer Re-
quest name or key name, and
then press [OK].
To change the title
A Press the desired title key un-
der Select Title.

Deleting a Registered Transfer

Registering the Transfer Request
To change the Transfer Station
A Press [Fax].
B Change the Transfer Station's
information. See steps G G G G and H H H H
on p.76 "Changing a Regis-
tered Fax Destination".
To change the Receiving Station
A Press [Receiving Station].
B Select the Receiving Station
you want to change.
C Press
[Clear]
to
number, and then enter the new
number using the number keys.
Press [OK].
Press [Exit].
Press the { { { { User Tools/Counter} } } } key.
Press [System Settings].
Press [Key Operator Tools], and then
press [T T T T Next].
Press [Address Book: Program/Change
/Delete Transfer Request].
Press [Delete].
Select the Transfer Request you
want to delete.
Press the Transfer Request key or
enter the registered number using
the number keys.
Press [Yes].
Press [Exit].
