To check if the furnace in a Starcraft Travel Star camper is receiving power when the gas is on and the camper is plugged in, ensure the 12-volt power is available. The furnace requires 12-volt DC power to operate. Make sure the 12-volt battery disconnect switch is not turned off. If power is available and the furnace still does not operate, check for signs of soot on the vent, which may indicate a malfunction.
