BEFORE INSTALLATION 2-1 CAUTION CONCERNING NEW REFRIGERANT SERIES • Since design pressure is 4.0 MPa or 40 bar (for R407C units: 3.3 MPa or 33 bar), the thickness of pipes must be greater than previously. Since R410A is a mixed refrigerant, the required additional refrigerant must be charged in its liquid state.

    2-4 COMBINATION • This BS unit is only for systems for Models REYQ-T. It cannot be connected to systems for Models REYQ-M+REYQ-P. • For series of applicable indoor units, refer to the catalog or other literature. • Select the BS unit to fit the total capacity (sum of unit’s capacity) and max. number of the indoor units to be connected downstream.
