Q: How long should the batteries last?
A: For approximately 10,000 scans with a new battery.
Q: How should I store the CS 2000?
A: While not in use, keep the scanner in the holder. If the scanner will not be used for an extended period of time, remove the batteries.
Q: How should I clean the CS 2000?
A: With a soft, clean cloth. Do NOT use any solvent such as alcohol or abrasive substances.
Q: What should I do if the CS 2000 fails to scan?
A: Try a different bar code, move the scanner closer to or farther from the bar code, or change the angle until the scanner reads the
bar code. If the scanner still fails to scan, refer to the Troubleshooting section before contacting your system provider.
Q: What should I do if the CS 2000 display LED continuously flashes the Red, Green, and Amber lights whenever I
