Exploded Diagram The following diagram is provided to help you familiarize yourself with the parts and hardware that will be used during the assembly process. Please note that not all of the parts and hardware you see here will be used while you are assembling the machine because some of these items are already pre-installed.
Assembly Instructions A s s e m b l y S t e p 1 Hardware Required BOLT Attach the two End Cap for Rear Stabilizer (#43) to the Rear Stabilizer (#10). With the help of an assistant, attach the Front Stabilizer (#09) to the front of the Main Frame (#01).

Assembly Instructions A s s e m b l y S t e p 2 Hardware Required Center Post Assembly: BOLT Remove the six Bolts (#19), six Arc Washers (#28), and six Spring Washers (#29) that are pre-assembled on the Main Frame (#01) and set them aside for now, as they will be used later in this step.

Assembly Instructions A s s e m b l y S t e p 4 Hardware Required BOLT Remove Bolt (#19), Arc Washer (#28), and Spring Washer (#29) that are pre-assembled on Left Coupler Bar (#05) and set them aside for now, as they will be used later in this step. Assembly Instructions A s s e m b l y S t e p 5 Hardware Required BOLT Remove the four Screws (#23) that are pre-assembled on the Monitor (#53) and set them aside for now. Connect the Pulse Sensor Wire (#54) to the hole on the back of the Monitor (#53), then connect Monitor Wire (Upper) (#55) to the Wire on Monitor (#53) as shown in the diagram below.

Computer Operation 1. Batteries Installation Please install 2 pieces of AAA 1.5V batteries in the battery case on the back of monitor. (Whenever batteries are removed, all the functions values will be reset to zero.) 2. Auto On/Off While the user starts to exercise, the display will show the workout value automatically.
Troubleshooting Troubleshooting (AFTER COMPLETE ASSEMBLY) Solution Troubleshoot Area If the computer is not picking up your hand pulse signal (or you are getting HAND PULSE SIGNAL inaccurate readings), please adjust the following: Slightly moisten/dampen the palms with water so the sensors can detect a pulse signal.
