    Section 1: Drum Unit 1. Cannot insert/take out the drum. Solution: a.Check the drum ,if it is in the home position. Standard Non standard b.Check the drum transmission section, press drum jog switch until the the drum transmission section return to home( initial ) position. Then insert / take out the drum .

Check if there is dust on the code plate or main motor detect sensor: cleaning required. c. Check the installation of main motor detect sensor and Medium paper jam sensor : If it is interchange , correct the installation.
