But not all stations offer text services, even though they might offer captioning. Repeat the steps 1-2 at page 27.
Parental control function The Parental Control Function (V-Chip) is used to block program viewing based on the ratings sent by the broadcast station. The default setting is to allow all programs to be viewed. Viewing can be blocked by the type of program and by the categories chosen to be blocked.
