16 FITTING THE OPTIONAL ROOF FLUE KIT (Flat or Pitched)
Note.
A flat or pitched roof flashing plate (not supplied) is required before proceeding
with the installation of this kit.
This kit is suitable for both flat and pitched
roof terminations, using a concentric flue to
run vertically from the top of the boiler and
terminating above roof level.
Connection to the top of the boiler is made
using a separately supplied vertical connector.
WEATHER PROOFING
Where the flue passes through the roof line
an adequate seal must be made. This is
achieved by using either:
- Flat roof weather collar
or
- Universal weather collar.
ACCESSORIES
Flue Duct Extension Kits are available for flue
lengths extending beyond 1m. These packs
contain 1m extension ducts and may be cut to
the desired length.
If the offset vertical option is used an elbow Kit
is required.
Soffit Flue Kit supplied as an optional extra.
