    OPERATION „ Before you start grilling, organize the food by cooking WARNING: technique, required cooking time, and grilling area required.     OPERATION LIGHTING THE CHARCOAL See Figures 17 - 19. GRATE INSERT Your grill has a convenient charcoal starting system. Using this system helps the briquettes heat faster and more evenly than if they were spread out across the grate. BEFORE FIRST USE The first time you use your newly purchased grill, it is recommended that you remove the hood and light some charcoal, following the instructions below.
