Operation

• Open the battery cover on scale base, and install the batteries.
• Put the scale on hard flat floor. Make sure it level.
• Power On methods.
1) Auto Power On: weighing when step on.
2) Manual Power On: touch "SET" over 2 seconds.
• After power on the scale and showing "0.0" on the display, press "Up" or "down"
key to change the display UNIT, the display units will switch kg, st:lb and lb, then
to use.
Note:
For the first time using, long time no using or moving the scale to other place, you
must to restart the scale before using. If not, the result will be not exact.
How to measure your body weight
Weight only:
1.Stand on the scale erectly and maintain your balance. Display will indicate your weight.
2.After weighing, the scale will be auto off if no further using.
1. Setting and storing personal data in memory
1.1 Press "SET" key. Use "Up" or "Down" key to select your personal key form P0-P9.
Once you reach the personal key you wish to use, Press "SET" to confirm.
