Setting Up Your Proxy Server

Some networking environments run a proxy server to make network access more
efficient or more secure. If your environment is set up this way, you will need to set the
MusicPad Pro tablet's options the same way so you will be able to download music
directly to your MusicPad Pro tablet from the FreeHand Music store.
To configure a proxy server:
1
On the main toolbar tap the Tools icon.
2
Tap MusicPad Options...
3
Tap the Shopping button. The Shopping Preferences dialog displays.
4
Tap the Use proxy Server checkbox.
5
If you need to different proxy servers one for the HTTP protocol and one for the
HTTPS protocol be sure to uncheck the Use the same proxy for all protocols
checkbox.
6
Enter the name of the server or the IP address of the server for the Http Proxy
and/or Https Proxy.
7
Enter the Port of each proxy server specified.
8
Tap OK to close the Shopping Options dialog.
9
Tap OK to close the MusicPad Pro Options dialog.
