9.6 Laser Pointer Toggle ON/OFF
1. Press to access the Settings Menu and use the arrow buttons to scroll to the Laser Pointer
2. Use the button to toggle the laser pointer ON/OFF.
3. The Laser pointers are used to frame the the IR Thermometer measurement 'spot'. See Section 4.3.
4. When selection is complete, use the arrow buttons to scroll to another menu item or press
return to the normal operating mode.
9.7 Temperature Units
The TG165 displays temperatures in °C and °F units.
1. Press to access the Settings Menu and use the arrow buttons to scroll to the TEMPERATURE
UNITS icon.
2. Use the button to toggle the Temperature units (C/F).
3. When selection is complete, use the arrow buttons to scroll to another menu item or press
return to the normal operating mode.
9.8 Crosshairs ON/OFF Toggle
1. Press to access the Settings Menu and use the arrow buttons to scroll to the Crosshairs
crosshairs target the center of the IR Thermometer measurement 'spot', refer to sections 4.3 and 4.4
for more detail. The IR thermometer temperature is displayed above and to the left of the IR image.
2. Use the button to toggle the Crosshairs display ON/OFF.
3. When selection is complete, use the arrow buttons to scroll to another menu item or press
return to the normal operating mode.
