    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D KEY FOB Locking And Unlocking The Doors Push and release the LOCK button on the RKE transmitter to lock all doors. The turn signal lights will flash, and the horn will chirp to acknowledge the signal.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D Emergency Key Should the battery in the vehicle or the Key Fob transmitter go dead, there is an emergency key located in the Key Fob. To remove the emergency key, slide the button at the back of the Key Fob sideways with your thumb and then pull the key out with your other hand.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D KEYLESS ENTER-N-GO The Keyless Enter-N-Go system is an enhancement to the vehicle's Key Fob. This feature allows you to lock and unlock the vehicle's door(s) and trunk without having to push the Key Fob lock or unlock buttons, as well as starting and stopping the vehicle with the push of a button.

If the ignition switch is in the OFF position or in the ACC position, the air bag system is not on and the air bags will not inflate.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D CHILD RESTRAINTS Children 12 years or younger should ride properly buckled up in a rear seat, if available. According to crash statistics, children are safer when properly restrained in the rear seats rather than in the front.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D HEAD RESTRAINTS Head restraints are designed to reduce the risk of injury by restricting head movement in the event of a rear impact. Head restraints should be adjusted so that the top of the head restraint is located above the top of your ear.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D FRONT SEATS Power Seats — If Equipped Some models may be equipped with a power driver's seat. The power seat switch is located on the outboard side of the seat near the floor. Use the switch to move the seat up, down, forward or rearward.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D REAR SEAT Folding Rear Seat The rear seatbacks can be folded forward to provide an additional storage area. To fold the rear seatback, pull on the loops located on the upper seatback. NOTE: The upper seatback loops can be tucked away when not in use.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D HEATED STEERING WHEEL — IF EQUIPPED The steering wheel contains a heating element that helps warm your hands in cold weather. The heated steering wheel has only one temperature setting. Once the heated steering wheel has been turned on it can operate for up to 165 minutes before automatically shutting off.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D TILT/TELESCOPING STEERING COLUMN This feature allows you to tilt the steering column upward or downward. It also allows you to lengthen or shorten the steering column. The tilt/telescoping control handle is located below the steering wheel at the end of the steering column.
