Push the filter holder back into place (1) and

close the appliance door (2).

Each time you replace the filter, make sure you
also clean the macro filter (see section 'Cleaning
the macro filter' above).
Once you have replaced the filter, you have to
confirm replacement of the filter. The pure water
dispenser only operates normally again after you
confirm replacement of the filter.
7.0.5 Confirming filter replacement
Switch on the pure water dispenser.

If you replaced the filter during the warning 
period (between 2700 and 3000 litres),  
the filter indicator c flashes.   Wait until the 
dispense button d starts flashing (ready to 
dispense - manual mode).
If you replaced the filter after filter expiry,  
the filter indicator lights up continuously.
Press and hold the LITRES button

and then press and hold the dispense
button. Keep both buttons pressed
simultaneously for at least 4 seconds.
The pure water dispenser now
acknowledges the new filter.
The filter indicator c goes off.

If the filter warning still persists, repeat
step 2.
Place a container with a capacity of at least
3
10 litres under the pure water dispenser.
The pure water dispenser automatically
performs the PureFlush procedure, during
which 10 litres of water flow out of the 
appliance.
7.0.6 Replacing the UV lamp unit
Warning:

Always replace the UV lamp unit with an original
Philips UV lamp (code no. 421530875020).
Switch off the pure water dispenser.

Remove the cover of the UV chamber.

Disconnect the UV lamp wire connectors.

Unscrew the UV lamp retaining cap.
