7.3.4.5 LAST STEP

To set the last track step press D.C. + [TIME].
When the last track step is set, the [TIME
step is reached. For example, if the last track step is track step 16 the
[TIME LED] will light when the NEXT
and held on track step 16.
7.3.4.6 INSERT & DELETE
To insert a track step press [FUNCTION]
will be inserted at the current location.
To delete a track step press [FUNCTION]
track step will be deleted and the remaining track steps will move
back one step.

7.3.4.7 SETTING D.S. AND

This feature is not yet implemented as of v1.04 software !
The Avalon uses the musical notation D.C., D.S., and . The use of
notation saves panel space and is a salute to the original TB-303
control surface. D.C. means "from the top". This button is used to
program the track step where you want to loop back to track step 1.
Hence it is used to set the LAST TRACK STEP along with the TIME
button. is the "repeat from" sign, and D.S. means "from the sign".
They are used to set cue points to loop a section of a track, so a track
will loop from D.S. back to the sign.

7.4 REALTIME MODE

In REALTIME MODE track steps can be manipulated realtime by
overriding transpose, accent, slide, and mod env. settings.
7.4.1 REALTIME ACCENT & SLIDE
Accent and Slide can be played to trigger accents and slides.
To override pattern step data with accents and/or slides, press
[PITCH] + [ACCENT] / [SLIDE]. For example, to force a pattern to
accent steps press and hold [PITCH] + [ACCENT].
Accent and Slide can also be played realtime to mute accents and
slides.

[FUNCTION] + [PITCH] + [ACCENT] / [SLIDE] . For example, to force a
pattern to mute accents press and hold
[ACCENT].

7.4.2 REALTIME MOD ENV

The modulation envelope can be triggered in realtime by pressing
[PITCH] + [ENV]. Each time the button combination is pressed the
modulation envelope will be triggered.
To mute modulation envelope triggers to prevent it from being
triggered press [FUNCTION] + [PITCH] + [ENV].
