The panel isahigh t echnology product with
resolution oftwo million tosix mitlion pixets.
Inavery few cases, you could s ee fine dots
onthe screen while y ou're viewing the TV.
Those dots a re deactivated pixets and donot
affect the performance and reliability ofthe
TV.
• Generated Sound
Cracking noise: Acracking noise t hat o ccurs
when w atching orturning offthe TV is
generated by plastic thermal contraction
due totemperature and humidity. This noise
iscommon forproducts where thermal
deformation isrequired. Electrical circuit
humming/panel buzzing: Alow level noise
isgenerated from ahigh-speed switching
circuit, which s upplies alarge a mount
ofcurrent tooperate aproduct. Itvaries
depending upon t he product. This g enerated
sound does n ot a ffect the performance and
reliability ofthe product.
•Take c are n ot t otouch t he ventilation
openings. When w atching the TV foralong
period, the ventilation openings may b ecome
hot. This does n ot a ffect the performance of
the product orcause defects inthe product.
• Do not i nstall this product onawall i fit
could b eexposed tooil o roilmist. This may
damage the product and cause ittofall.
• Ifthe TV feels c old t othe touch, there m ay
beasmall flicker when i tisturned on. T his
isnormal; there i snothing wrong w ith TV.
Some minute dot d efects may b evisible on
the screen, appearing astiny red, green, or
blue s pots. However, they have n oadverse
effect onthe TV's performance. Avoid
touching theLCD screen orholding your
finger(s) against itforlong p eriods oftime.
Doing so may produce some t emporary
distortion effects onthe screen.

• If a fixed image displays on the TV screen for
a long period of time, it will be imprinted and
become a permanent disfigurement on the
screen. This is image burn or burn-in and not
covered by the warranty.
• If the aspect ratio of the TV is set to 4:3 for a
long period of time, image burn may occur on
the letterboxed area of the screen.
• Avoid displaying a fixed image on the TV
screen for a long period of time (2 or more
hours for LCD, 1 or more hours for the
Plasma TV) to prevent image burn.
