temperature range.
The remaining capacity of the
PowerPad is low.
The state of the battery is not
healthy.

range of the PowerPad.

Cause
Keep the PowerPad to its
operating temperature range
between 5°C (41°F) to 45°C
(113°F).
Charge the PowerPad.
Contact Customer Service.
Keep the PowerPad to its

Check the battery level indicator
lamp. Charge the PowerPad.
Check if the voltage of the
electronic device(s) is between
12 - 16 V DC and the total power
is under 300 watts.

(113°F).
Check if the AC input source is
110 - 230 V; 50/60 Hz or the DC
input source is 12 - 18V.
