ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

CAUTION: If this monitor is mounted in a location that allows viewing from the driver's
seat, the unit must be wired to prevent video operation (TV, DVD, VCP, video games,
etc.) while the vehicle is being driven.
1. When the gray (TV control) wire is connected to the parking brake switch (in most
late model vehicles) The BV-500 will not operate in the TV mode while the parking
brake is engaged.
2. There are two operation formats for interfacing a CD Changer. Before completing
the installation, connect the CD Changer to the BV-500, turn on the power, and
select the CD mode. If the changer functions normally, the mode switch (located
on the front of the tuner module) is in the correct position. If not, move the A-B
switch to the other position.
