Note:
Secondary stations cannot be saved as presets. If you try to save a
secondary station as a preset it is the main station that will be saved
(see Presets, pages 15 to 17).

Station information

When listening to a station on the DAB band you can view the
station's frequency, bitrate, error rate, etc.

The station information screens are:
SERVICE INFORMATION
Shows the station's name* and the Service ID (a unique identifier for
each station).
AUDIO INFORMATION
Shows the format of the transmitted signal, either Stereo, Joint Stereo
(a compressed form of stereo) or Mono, and the bitrate (in kilobits per
second) of the transmitted signal (the higher the bitrate the better the
audio quality, a low bitrate would be 64 and a high bitrate, 192).
SIGNAL INFORMATION
Shows the number of errors in the signal received by the DAB aerial,
both in digital and graphical form. A high number of errors (a poor
signal) across many stations may be due to the placement of your
DAB aerial, or your location.
ENSEMBLE INFORMATION**
Shows the name of the broadcaster transmitting the ensemble, and
the frequency of the transmission. The information in brackets is a
short-hand way of displaying the frequency.
* If you have saved a station as a preset and changed its name, it is
the saved name that will be displayed (see Presets, pages 15 to 17).
** An ensemble is a number of stations that are grouped together and
transmitted on the same frequency.
