BEDINGUNGEN
• AKG Acoustics GmbH gewahrt zwei Jahre* Garantie ab dem
Datum des Verkaufs von fabriksneuen, ungebrauchten Geraten.
Diese Garantie erstreckt sich auf Material und Arbeitszeit zur
Behebung nachweislicher Material- und Fabrikationsfehler. Der
Garantieanspruch erlischt bei unsachgemaBer Handhabung, elek-
trischer oder mechanischer Beschadigung durch missbrauchliche
Anwendung, Schaden infolge hbherer Gewalt oder durch
Elementarereignisse sowie bei unsachgemaBer Reparatur durch
nichtautorisierte Werkstatten.
• Vom Garantieanspruch ausgenommen sind Batterien sowie
die normale Abnutzung von Teilen.
• Voraussetzung fi.ir die Garantieleistung ist die Vorlage der ord-
nungsgemaB durch den Fachhandler ausgefullten Garantiekarte,
bzw. der Kaufrechnung. Sollte Ware auf dem Versandweg zur
Garantiereparatur eingereicht werden, liegt das Risiko der
Zusendung beim Kunden. Die Garantie wird ausschlieBiich fi.ir
den ursprunglichen Kaufer als Endverbraucher geleistet. Es obliegt
AKG Acoustics GmbH, zur Garantiereparatur uberlassene Ware
entweder zu reparieren oder auszutauschen.
• Sollten in lhrem Land andere, uber diese Regelungen hinaus-
gehende, gesetzliche Bestimmungen, in Bezug auf Produkt-
Gewahrleistung in Kraft sein, treten diese an Stelle der hier
genannten Konditionen.

mikrofone: 3 Jahre beschrankte Garantie (nahere lnformationen

CONDIZIONI Dl GARANZIA
• L'AKG Acoustics GmbH presta garanzia per due anni* dalla data
della vendita di apparecchi nuovi di fabbrica, non usati. Questa
garanzia si estende al materiale e aile ore di lavoro necessari per
eliminare difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione comprovati. II diritto
di garanzia si estingue in caso di manipolazione impropria, dan-
neggiamento elettrico o meccanico dovuto all' usa non appropriato,
danni causati da forza maggiore o da calamita naturali e in caso di
riparazione inesperta eseguita da officine non autorizzate.
• Sono escluse dal diritto di garanzia le batterie e !'usura normale
dei componenti.
• Presupposto per Ia prestazione della garanzia e Ia presentazione
della scheda di garanzia debitamente compilata dal rivenditore
specializzato rispettivamente della fattura. Se Ia merce dovesse
venir spedita per far effettuare Ia riparazione in garanzia, Ia spedi-
zione e a rischio e pericolo del cliente. La garanzia verra prestata
esclusivamente per l'acquirente originale che e consumatore fina-
le. Spetta alia AKG Acoustics GmbH Ia decisione se riparare Ia
merce consegnata per Ia riparazione in garanzia o se sostituirla.
• Se nel vostro Paese dovessero essere in vigore altre norme di
Iegge relative alia garanzia su prodotti piu ampie delle presenti
norme, esse sostituiscono le condizioni qui citate.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Invalid in the United States of America and Canada
• AKG warrants AKG products against evident defects in mat0rial
and workmanship for a period of two years* from the date of origi-
nal purchase for use. This warranty does not cover electrical or
mecl1anical damage resulting from misuse or abuse, lack of rea-
sonable care, damage due to force majeure or natural forces, or
inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers.
• Batteries and wear of parts due to normal use are not covered
by this warranty.
• Performance of repairs or replacements under this Warranty is
subject to submission of this warranty card, completed and signed
by the dealer on the day of purchase, and the sales slip. Shipment
of the defective item for repair under this warranty will be at the
customer's own risk and expense. This warranty is valid for the
original purchaser as the final user only. AKG Acoustics GmbH will,
at AKG Acoustics GmbH's option, repair or replace items returned
for repair under this Warranty.
• In some countries, product liability legislation may give you other
rights beyond the scope of this warranty card. Where this applies,
such rights shall replace the rights and conditions stated in this
warranty card.

CONDICIONES DE GARANTIA
• AKG Acoustics GmbH concede dos anos* de garantfa a partir de
Ia fecha de venta de aparatos no usados y nuevas de fabrica. Esta
garantfa incluye el material y las horas de trabajo para reparar
defectos comprobables de material y fabricaci6n. El derecho de
garantfa caduca en caso de procederse a una manipulaci6n ina-
decuada, en caso de producirse un dano electrico o mecanico par
usa indebido, en caso de danos debidos a fuerza mayor o cata-
strofes naturales asf como tambien en caso de reparaciones ina-
decuadas par parte de talleres no autorizados.
• Ouedan exclufdos del derecho de garantfa las pilas y el desga-
ste natural de las piezas.
• La prestaci6n de Ia garantfa esta sujeta a Ia presentaci6n de Ia
Tarjeta de Garantfa, rellenada correctamente par el vendedor auto-
rizado, y de Ia factura de compra. En caso de procederse al envfo
de productos para una reparaci6n bajo garantfa, el cliente asume
el riesgo del envfo. La garantfa se concede unica y exclusivamente
al comprador original en su calidad de usuario final. Compete a
AKG Acoustics GmbH el reparar o recambiar los productos entre-
gados para una reparaci6n bajo garantfa.
• Si en su pafs estan en vigor disposiciones legales que superen
estas disposiciones relativas a Ia garantfa sabre productos, se apli-
caran estas en Iugar de las condiciones aquf mencionadas.

CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
• AKG accorde une garantie de deux ans* a partir de Ia date de Ia
vente d'appareils neufs, tels qu'ils sont sortis de l'usine et n'ayant
pas encore ete en usage. Cette garantie porte sur les fournitures
et les heures de main d'oeuvre necessaires pour eliminer un vice
de matiere ou de fabrication avere. La garantie s'eteint en cas de
non respect des prescriptions d'utilisation, de deterioration sur Ia
partie electrique ou mecanique due a une utilisation non cantor-
me, d'un dommage cause par Ia force majeure ou les forces de Ia
nature, de meme que si une reparation a ete effectuee de faQon
incorrecte par un atelier non autorise.
• Sont exclues de Ia garantie les piles et les pieces d'usure.
• Pour toute mise en oeuvre de garantie, vous devez presenter le
bulletin de garantie dument rempli par le revendeur et/ou Ia factu-
re qui vous a ete remise a l'achat. Si l'appareil doit etre expedie
pour faire effectuer Ia reparation sous garantie, le risque lie
a
!'ex-
pedition incombe au client. L'acheteur. en tant que consommateur
final, pourra seul beneficier de Ia garantie. II incombe
a
AKG
Acoustics GmbH de reparer ou de remplacer les produits qui lui
auront ete envoyes pour reparation sous garantie.
• Les dispositions stipulees ci-dessus ne sont pas exclusives du
benefice, au profit de l'acheteur, de Ia garantie legale pour defaut
et vice caches qui s'applique, en tout etat de cause, dans les
conditions des articles 1641 et suivants, du Code Civil.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Valid in the United States of America and Canada
AKG Acoustics warrants AKG products against defects in material
or workmanship for a period of two years* from the date of original
purchase, and agrees to repair or, at our option replace any defec-
tive unit without charge for either parts or labor.
This warranty is valid for AKG products purchased and delivered
within the United States/Canada for the original purchaser only.
The purchaser's Bill of Sale will serve as proof of sale and warran-
ty validity in the U.S./Canada. Shipment of defective items to AKG
for repair will be at the customer's own risk and expense. AKG will
assume the return shipping cost for all items repaired under war-
ranty.
IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from
accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of
any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or
connecting the product to any receptacle other than specified.
This warranty is void unless AKG Acoustics, U.S.'s serv1ce
center/the authorized AKG Service Center of Canada performs
the repair. No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental
or consequential damages caused by the consumer. However,
the limitation of any right or remedy shall not be effective where
law prohibits such.
