Inspect strap tabs and ensure tabs are
flat against back of seat. Pull straps on
BOTH sides to ensure that they are
secure.

Squeeze the strap tabs together and
push through opening. Repeat for the
strap on the other side. Use the lower
crotch strap position for newborns.
