• Check fan rotation.
Turn fan gently once or twice by
hand.
• Measure resistance of outdoor fan
motor winding.
• Check fan motor capacitor.

capacitor.
• Measure resistance of
compressor motor winding.
• Measure Power supply
voltage.
The voltage is too low.
• Measure coil resistance of
power relay.
Fan cannot
