Before beginning to run the automatic humidifier, stabilise the temperature inside the cooking compartment at a value of at least 150°C KF 981 and 110°C KF 981 UD, order to optimise vapour production. To clean the steel parts, do not use products containing chlorine (sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, etc) even if diluted.
