Vol Last/Adj
• Last
When the unit is turned on, the volume will
resume at the level selected when last
turned off.
• Adjust
After selecting "VOL ADJ", press the MENU
button to select "V-ADJ 10" and then turn the
rotary encoder (3) to select the desired
turnon level (0-46). When this option is
selected, the unit will revert to the adjusted
volume each time the unit is turned on.
Beep On/Off
• BEEP ON: Audible Beep is turned on
• BEEP OFF: Audible Beep is turned off
Area Set
This option allows you to select the appropriate
frequency spacing for your area. "U.S.A." is the
default setting. Turn the rotary encoder to select
"EUROPE", if needed.
Local/Distance (LOC/DX)
This option allows for better reception of radio
stations based on varying conditions. The
default setting is DX. However, when the
signals are weak or intermittent, you can select
the Local (LOC) mode, which favors access to
local stations whose signals are much stronger,
thereby improving radio reception.
Equalizer (EQ)

The preset equalizer applies preset sound
effects to the unit's audio output signal. Press
the EQ button (4) to select from the following
preset Equalizer options:

Mode Button (SRC)

Press the SRC button (5) to change between
radio, CD, or AUX play. When a CD is playing,
you can press this button to revert to radio
operation.

To access an auxiliary device:
1. Connect the portable audio player to the
AUX interface on the front panel (6).
2. Press the SRC button (5) to select Aux In
mode.
Press SRC again to cancel Aux In mode and go
to the next mode.
