Key lock is on, slide the lock switch (located
on the right side of the phone) up
Center number operator are stored text
messages. The number is stored on the SIM
card but the phone menu can change it and
enter another.
The fee is charged immediately after the
connection. Check with the operator, what is
the mode of counting.
The report should enable the service. After
delivery of SMS messages you receive
feedback, indicating that the message
delivered (network service).
