For best results place food on Wire
Rack Shelf in the LOWER position.
Example: To cook food at 375˚F for 18 minutes
ACTION
INFORMATION
If required, preheat oven to desired temperature. (See page 18.)
1 Open Door.
The oven lamp will come on.
Put in Food.
Close Door.
Oven lamp turns off.
Select required oven
2 Press

Convection
Continue to press
Pad.
Convection Pad until
temperature required
appears in display window.
Convection
Temperature counts up in
25˚F increments
from 175˚F-500˚F
Turn Timer Dial to set a

30 s intervals
1 min intervals
10 min intervals 1 h-2 h

Display will count down time.
Start Pad.
The Convection fan turns on.

At end of heating program,

Remove food.
Display repeats program
previously set.
To switch between Celsius ("C") and Fahrenheit ("F"):
1 Open Door.
2 While pressing Start Pad,
press and hold Convection Pad.

Caution:
The oven does not have a NON-TIP Safety Lock on Wire Rack Shelf.
Please be careful when removing food.
