Overview
The LINDY 10/100 Fast Ethernet Switches are a compact desktop or
wall mount design. The base incorporates key hole slots for wall
mounting. The switches use the most recent technology features like
Auto MDI/MDI-X function on all ports and non blocking architecture.

Operating Environment

Do not place any objects on top of the Switch. Do not cover the
vents of the unit. Do not place the units near a heating source.
Ensure good ventilation. For in-house use only.
Temperature 0-55°C, Humidity 10-95% non condensing.
Installation and Use
Connect the power supply to the mains and to the Switch. Connect the
Switch to your network devices using standard patch lead. Auto-
MDI/MDI-X function automatically detects uplink or downlink
connections and automatically configures to the correct pinout. You do
not have to use Crossover Cables for uplink connections.
Please regard that the maximum length of any connection between the
switch and a device is 100m (including all cables). For 100Mbps
connections use at least Cat.5 STP/UTP cables!

Troubleshooting

Make sure the POWER LED is lit. If not either the power supply or
the switch (or LED) might be faulty. Contact your dealer in this case.
If you connect any powered device to a port the LINK/Activity LED of
this port should light. If not use another patch cable and check that the
device you have connected is powered on and it's network port is
active.
Make sure all network and patch cables are STP or UTP and are not
broken. Make sure any distance between the Switch and a device is
100m or less.

Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf den Switch. Stellen Sie de

Gesamtlänge jeder Verbindung zwischen Switch und Netzwerkde
nicht mehr als 100m betragen darf. Für 100Mbps Verbindungen m
mindestens Patchkabel der Categorie 5 verwendet werden.
Fehlersuche
