Press the Menu options
Menu
button.
Press the DOWN
M
navigation button until
the display shows BASE
SETTING.
Press the OK options
OK
button, HS PRIORITY is
displayed.
Press the OK options
OK
button.
Use the UP or DOWN
navigation button to
select the option you
require.
Options:
PRIORITY OFF –
All handsets will ring
immediately.
PRIORITY 1 –
Handset 1 will have
ringing priority.
Through to....
PRIORITY 5 –
Handset 5 will have
ringing priority.
Press the OK or Save
OK
or
options button if PRIORITY
OFF is selected.
Save
RING DELAY x is displayed.

Press the UP or DOWN

navigation button to
M
select the required delay
before the other handsets
start to ring.
Options:
RING DELAY 2 through to
RING DELAY 9
Press the Save options
Save
button.
A confirmation tone is
heard.
Press the RED PHONE
button to return to the
idle display.

Call barring

It is possible to prevent certain
numbers being dialled from the
handsets that are registered to
your base. This is carried out by
setting call barring prefixes. There
are a maximum of 4 prefixes that
can be stored.
An example of how barring operates
is as follows:
•Storing 0800 as a prefix will
prevent any handset from dialling
a number beginning with 0800.
•Storing 0XXX as a prefix will
prevent any handset from dialling
a number beginning with 0.
