  • Page 20 REMOVAL, INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENTS BEFORE REMOVING OR INSTALLING ANY COMPONENT IN THE IMPINGER OVEN BE SURE TO DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER AND GAS SUPPLY. MAIN FAN – REPLACEMENT A. Shut off power at main breaker. B. Remove motor cover from back of oven. C.
