    6. LightMic Microphone/ Transmitter For testing purposes, basic instructions for wearing and operating the LightMic are provided below. For more detailed instructions, refer to page 11. • Clip the LightMic to the lavaliere. • Place the LightMic and lavaliere cord around your neck and adjust cord length so the top of the LightMic sits just below your collar bone.

    Front Panel Controls 1. POWER Switch/POWER Indicator: This switch is used to turn the LES 780iR ON (switch up), or OFF (switch down). When the POWER switch is in the ON position, the red POWER light will glow. 2. IR 1/IR 2: The IR indicators (IR 1/IR 2) will glow red when the corresponding microphone is turned on.

    0. SENSOR INPUTS: The cable from the IR sensor connects to any of these six inputs. Up to six IR sensors can be connected to the LES 780iR for use in large or odd shape classrooms. 1. SENSOR SHORT: If there is a short in one of the sensor cables, this LED glows as a warning signal.
