Trouble shooting

Solutions to common issues (may occur even when the phone is functioning normally)
Symptoms
The battery must be sufficiently charged for the phone to operate. Please charge the phone on the cradle, and

Warranty

If your product does not work properly because of a
defect in materials or workmanship, Apivio Systems
Inc. (referred to as "the warrantor") will, for the length of
the period indicated on the chart on p. 20, which starts
with the date of original purchase ("12 month Warranty
period"), at its option will either (a) repair your product
with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new
or a refurbished product. The decision to repair or replace
will be made by the warrantor.
