Appliance specific safety instructions Caution: The appliance gets hot during use, always make sure you use the appliance in a safe area and do not touch the grill rack, heating element or housing to prevent possible injury. Caution: Never use charcoal or similar fuels on the electric grill.

Operational instructions Ensure that the water level in the aluminium reflector tray is between the minimum and maximum marks. Water is required to reflect heat and minimise the amount of smoke produced during the cooking process. Switch the appliance on and set the temperature using the control dial. The appliance will heat up automatically until the selected temperature is reached.
Never immerse the plug, power cable, heating element or the thermostat in any liquids. These parts must only be wiped with a dry cloth. The grill rack can be cleaned with a soft brush. Tip: After grilling let the grill rack cool down and then cover it with damp tea towels and let it soak for 30-60 minutes.
