Recording Mode Selection
 Motion Detection Mode

When no vehicle movement is detected for continuous ten (10) minutes, SMVB-3010 goes into Motion
Detection Mode, which triple "beeping" sound and the audio guide "Starting Motion Detection Mode."

During Motion Detection Mode, SMVB-3010 remains dormant most of the time, indicated by two blinking
LED indicators .
When the motion is detection, recording is working on the audio guide "Motion Detection" with

turn on the LED blue and yellow. (
indicator is turned off.)
The recording file in Motion Detection Mode starts with "REC".

SMVB-3010 returns to Normal Recording Mode if car movement is detected for continuous ten (10)
seconds. The switch is reflected by a triple "beeping" and the audio guide "Ending Motion Detection
Mode.", and two fully-lit LED indicators ten (10) seconds later – which signals successful return to Normal
Recording Mode. (But, when the Mute Mode is on, a lit blue LED indicator.)
