Problem
I cannot upload
images to the PC
I press the shutter
button but no
response.
The product does
not respond
The video files are
very slow and bad
Solution
Check all cable connections are
secured.
Set the camera to MSDC mode.
Wait for data process to
complete and then take your
next image.
Or
Delete some images in SD/MMC
card, if the memory is full.
Reset the camera by removing
the battery
Please ensure you have
downloaded the latest version of
