y The unit or your smart device's volume is set to minimum. Check and adjust the

y If you use the unit for purposes other than listening to music, the sound quality may
be lowered or the unit may not work properly.

y Switch bluetooth off and on again on your bluetooth device, then try pairing again.
y Be sure your bluetooth device is on.

y While using Bluetooth, you may not be able to activate Music Flow Bluetooth
app. Disconnect Bluetooth device you have connected before to use Music Flow
Bluetooth app properly.
y When your Bluetooth device have been already connected with other unit,
disconnect the Bluetooth connection first. Then you can control your unit through
Music Flow Bluetooth app.
y Depending on the Bluetooth device, Music Flow Bluetooth app may work
