SMS Mode
Functionality SMS mode:
In this mode the user will be informed about system
events by means of an SMS text message that is sent to
his cell phone.
It is also possible to establish a modem connection to
the EFOY-PRO fuel cell with a computer.
For this mode any standard SIM card can be used that
allows transmission of SMS messages.
Configuration of SMS mode:
The GSM-2-SMS configuration is done by SMS
messages. You need to send a SMS message with the
described parameters to the GSM-2-SMS.
Every correct SMS message is acknowledged by an
SMS message. Messages without proper password are
not acknowledged.
Structure of SMS messages:
xxxxx:cmd:value
xxxxx: the last 5 digits of the IMEI number of the GMS-
2-SMS modems serve as password – in the example
„12345"
cmd: command
value: command value
You find the IMEI number on a sticker at the GSM-2-
SMS.
Configuration of alarms:
There are 3 different alarm types:
1. System „error"
2. Low fuel cartridge level (requires fuel
cartridge sensor FS1)
3. Low battery voltage
For each notification type it is possible to configure the
phone numbers that shall receive the SMS message.
1. Notification about system „error"
„addalarm": add alarm recipient
Example:

Activate „Error" alarm messages to number

„delalarm": delete alarm recipient
Example:
12345:delalarm:0170123333
Deactivate „error" alarm messages to number

2. Notification about low fuel cartridge level
Important:
Requires connected fuel cartridge sensor FS1
