Service B/2 at 30,000 KM or 2 years; then every 30,000 KM or 2 years (Engines 152, 156, 157, 275, 642)
Service B/2 at 40,000 KM or 2 years; then every 40,000 KM or 2 years (Engines 271, 272, 276, 278)
Engine compartment
Leakage - Major components
Check for chafe marks, line routing, damage components
In the event of leakage, determine cause and perform repair (with separate Work Order)
Check catch, safety and hinges on engine hood for proper operation
AdBlue® evacuate and fill up (Engine 642)
Check condition of poly-V-belt
Check main or starter battery condition using "Midtronics MCR" tester
Clean water drain in air/water duct
Check the following fluid levels, correct if necessary. If there is a loss of fluid, determine cause
and perform repair (with separate Work Order)
Brake system
Main or starter battery, check and correct fluid level (if this type installed)
Power steering
Windshield washer system
Engine cooling system, antifreeze and corrosion protection
Engine cooling system, antifreeze and corrosion protection
(Engine 275 main circuit)
Drain fuel filter (Engine 642)
Active Body Control (where applicable)
