At 3,000 KM
Rear axle differential fluid replaced (AMG Performance Package Vehicle Only) •
Service A/1 at 15,000 KM or 1 year; then every 30,000 KM or 2 years (Engines 152, 156, 157, 275, 642)
Service A/1 at 20,000 KM or 1 year; then every 40,000 KM or 2 years (Engines 271, 272, 276, 278)
Engine compartment
Check catch, safety catch and hinges on engine hood for proper operation
Check main or starter battery condition using "Midtronics MCR" tester
Clean water drain in air/water duct
Fill up AdBlue® (Engine 642)
Check the following fluid levels, correct if necessary. If there is a loss of fluid, determine cause
and perform repair (with separate Work Order)
Brake system
Main or starter battery, check and correct fluid level (if this type installed)
Windshield washer system
Engine cooling system, antifreeze and corrosion protection
Engine cooling system, antifreeze and corrosion protection
(Engine 275 main circuit)
Interior
Reset maintenance service indicator
Night View Assist camera - clean windshield behind the camera cover
(where applicable)
Function check
Horn, warning indicator lamps, illumination and interior / exterior lighting,
high beam flasher, daytime running lights
Windshield wipers, windshield washer systems, headlamp cleaning system
