DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur
• Read all instructions in this user guide and the instructions
in your vehicle manual before using the Doona Car Seat.
• NEVER allow others to use or install the Doona Car Seat
before they read the instructions in this user guide and
the child restraint installation instructions in their vehicle
manual.
• Use only in a rear-facing position when used in a vehicle.
• Always secure the Doona Car Seat in the vehicle
with the Doona Base or with the vehicle seat belt (as
described further in this user guide).
• NEVER put your child in a used infant car seat unless you
know its history. A seat may be damaged or have been in a
severe crash and have damage that is difficult to see.
• DO NOT use aftermarket parts and accessories on the
Doona Car Seat. Aftermarket parts and accessories may
disturb the performance of the Doona Car Seat in case
of a sharp turn, sudden stop, or a crash.
• DO NOT hang toys on the Doona Car Seat's handle.
