New Message Alert

There are 3 ways your phone alerts you to new
messages.
1. The phone displays the message on the screen.
2. One of two ring types is heard if selected.
3. The message icon is displayed on the
display.
NOTE: If you receive the same message twice,
your phone deletes the older one and the new
one is stored as a DUPLICATE.

Voice Mail

(Menu
Allows you to view new voice messages recorded
in the voice mailbox. Once you exceed the storage
limit, the old messages are overwritten. When you
have a new voice message, your phone alerts you.
Checking your Voice Mail box
1. Press Left Soft Key
2. Press Messaging.
3. Select Voice Mail.
To delete information press
and then select Clear.

Text Messaging

Send Message (Menu
You can send text messages and pages from one
phone to another.
Text messages: Transmits text (with or without numbers).
Page messages: Transmits only numbers without
text.
1. Press Left Soft Key Menu.
2. Press Messaging.
3. Select Text Messaging.
4. Select Send Message.
5. To enter a phone number, highlight Enter Addr1
and press . Enter the phone number and
press to save or press the Left Soft Key
Cancel to exit without saving. A Text Message
can be sent up to 10 phone number addresses.
6. Enter the message. The text can be entered
using the keypad. To change the text input
method or to add a canned message, press
Right Soft Key Abc.
Canned Msgs
There are 10 "predefined" phrases included in the
Canned Msg option.
