Service Activation You will need the following information when activating service: • Your name, address and an eight-digit number that you will use to access your account (your personal identification number “PIN”). • Your serial number (IMEI) and SIM card number.

To change the Mobile HotSpot password: From the Home screen, touch > Touch Mobile HotSpot settings > Configure Mobile HotSpot. Touch the Security field and select WPA2 PSK. With security enabled, delete the previous password and enter a new one into the Password field.
Touch Next to let the phone retrieve the network parameters automatically. NOTE: You can also enter these details manually by touching Manual setup or when automatic setup fails.
